This is an open blog. It's not a friends only, I have another account for that. It's also annonymous. I'm not using my real name, or any real names of the people in my life.

This journal is about my journy to acheive my goals, be grateful for what I have and to learn how to stop getting in my own way.

I have a bad habit of getting in my own way and self sabatoging, even if I don't realise it. I'm sure many of us to this. But when I'm 98, I want to look back and be proud of everything I've done and have no regrets. I don't want to think "Why was I such a dumb shmuck?"

Here are some of my goals:
1) loose wieght. I want to loose about 50 pounds (yikes!! not long ago it was "I want to loose 30 pounds".... oops)
2) Learn Korean, Chinese and Japanese.
3) Maintain a clean house.
4) Read the Bible
5) Read the Koran
6) Daily Mediation
7) fix my knees
8) fix my sleep apnea
9) be free from depression and anxiouty
10) not to be afraid of cooking and grocery shopping (lame fear I know, some people get road rage, I get grocery store rage)

What's in the way of my goals?
1) laziness
2) stomach issues... I'll go into in another post
3) depression and anxioty
4) I have panic attacks over cleaning (again, I know LAME, but annxioty doesn't make sense)
5) Food issues
6) Fear
7) The enternal need for more sleeeeeeeeep
8) Procrastination!
9) Wanting to go out and spend so much time with my friends rather then get stuff done at home
10) Job search!!!!


So a brief bio: I'm a girl. I live in South Korea, but I'm not Korean. I'm 26 (28 korean age), not married, no children. I'm looking for a new job that will allow me to move out of Korea.

OH! and in case you haven't already noticed. I can't spell very well.... I have a spelling deficiency :) So, sorry 'bout that!
